At One Wholesale, we strive to provide our retail partners with high-quality products, but we understand that adjustments are sometimes necessary. We offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items to ensure your inventory remains optimal for your business needs.
Submit a Return Request
Log into your wholesale account portal and complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form detailing the items and reasons for the return.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours; once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique RMA number and shipping instructions.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the parcel to our central distribution warehouse.
Inspection and Credit
Upon receipt, we will inspect the goods to ensure they meet our resale standards and issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
